Nancy Wasdin has been practicing law for over a dozen years. Her main areas of practice are real estate and estate planning/probate law. A graduate of both Penn State University and Georgia State University Law School, she utilizes her background to relate to the needs of her clients. Nancy has been a member of the Johns Creek community for over 10 years, dedicating time as a volunteer to several organizations.
Grant Brim has been practicing law in the Atlanta area for the last eleven years. He specializes in corporate law and business transactions, and serves as the outsourced general counsel for small and medium-sized businesses in the area. Grant’s goal is to provide sound advice and legal services that will serve to protect his client’s interests. He has extensive experience in reviewing and drafting operating, shareholder, and partnership agreements, employment contracts and policy manuals, business asset purchase and sale documents, private placement memorandums, and a variety of other legal documents.
Grant earned his law degree from Georgia State University Law School. Prior to attending law school, Grant earned a master’s degree in psychology from the University of West Georgia.
When Grant is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching and attending football and baseball games, traveling, and playing the guitar.
